5月31号准备放端午，我决定去尝试：骑公路车从广州到中山。

我原本以为这对我会很轻松，但事实往往很打脸。

全程65km,爬升400m。

我是在一个长上坡上感受到极限，但我被迫不能放弃，因为来来往往全是车，我只能咬牙坚持，告诉自己，再踩一下，再踩一下。

也许就是这样，在迷茫困境中，走一步在走一步。

掌控是安全感的来源。

把控自己可以控制的但同时需要接纳自己无法控制的事情。

原先在决定搭建一个博客网站的时候，会以为最难的部分是技术，后来真正做的时候，发现是自我。

我花了很长时间去思考这个问题，花了很长时间观察自己。

喜欢吃什么，睡多久，做什么运动，什么状态最舒服，为什么我会做某样决定…..

越了解自己，越平静，反倒不在乎”我是谁”这个问题了，因为这都是我。

学习是一项需要习得的技能

很多人有爱好，比如看剧、听音乐、刷手机……这些都很好，但大多是“输入型”的。你接收很多信息，却没有输出。

而“输出型”爱好，是你把内心的东西——想法、感受、经验——变成可以“看得见”的东西，比如写作、拍视频、画画、做播客，甚至分享一篇微博。

”输出“是把一些仅存在于抽象的东西，通过思考，实践具象化，是一种自我的探索和肯定后主动向世界发出你的声音的行动。

People have many hobbies, like watching dramas, listening to music, or using their phones. These are all good, but most of them are ‘input-based.’ You take in a lot of information, but you don’t express anything.”

‘Output-based’ hobbies mean turning your inner thoughts, feelings, and experiences into something tangible. For example, writing, making videos, drawing, creating blogs, or even sharing a post on Weibo.

为什么要“输出”？

因为输出是整理，是表达，是一种温柔的力量。
当你说出、写出、做出来的时候，你其实在告诉自己：
“我在想什么，我是谁，我在成长。”

why need to output?

Because output is organizing, expressing, and a gentle power.
When you speak, write, or create, you are actually telling yourself:
‘What am I thinking? Who am I? I am growing.

输出型爱好，不是为了变成网红

它是为了你自己。为了你能更好地认识自己，疗愈自己，也许还能碰到一些共鸣你的人。

我以前总是封闭自己，怕说错话，怕被笑。后来我开始写日记、发小红书，虽然一开始没人看，但我发现自己越来越清楚自己想什么，也更愿意表达。

慢慢地，这种输出变成了一种小小的掌控感。它不大，但它真实。

小小的开始，也是一种力量。

An output-based hobby isn’t just about becoming famous.
It’s for yourself. It helps you get to know yourself better, heal yourself, and maybe even connect with people who resonate with you.

A small start can also be a powerful one.
